    • Ships core features from concept to production, across the frontend (React, Next.js, UI) and the backend (Node, databases, APIs).
    • Maintains and optimizes our Stripe integrations and file delivery pipelines, and keeps client portal links secure and encrypted.

    • Owns our brand voice and drives organic user acquisition, reaching out to potential clients and businesses.
    • Runs Voxabase’s social media, creating posts, threads and short-form video content.

    • Owns the user experience and makes sure everyone using the platform has a smooth, hassle-free experience.
    • Handles user support and problem solving through the support@voxabase.com inbox.

    • Analyzes competitor pricing tiers, tests subscription packages, and pins down exactly what turns a free account into a paid one.
    • Builds and tracks our core business health metrics: Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
